It would be fine if you wanted to dot it on a pimple and leave it on overnight to dry it out but don't do your entire face, it will get dry and itchy if on all night and will make a mess on your pillow
It is bad for you as clay masks are recommended to be left on for no more then ten minutes, as your face can become irritated with the prolonged exposure such as if you use too much astringent.
There is probably nothing good that can come out of leaving it on for longer than the package says.
Clay masks are usually drying... so that would really not be good!
it can dry your skin out no more then 10 minutes
