Sensational Skin - Body Mask

When food is just too good to eat, make a fruit salad of pineapples, which slough off dead skin cells, grapes, which protect against harmful UV rays, and other fruits to make a body mask that'll hydrate and soothe sunburned skin.

Ingredients:

2 slices of pineapple, rind removed

1/2 honeydew melon, rind removed

1 dozen green grapes

1 banana, peeled

1 kiwi, peeled

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Mixture will be slightly lumpy.

Refrigerate for one hour.

Smooth onto body, leaving on for half an hour.

Rinse off with warm water.

its hard to find body scrub recipes but all you need to do is find a recipe for a facial mask that you like and triple the ingredie
