Nothing will work to ';mask'; the drugs in your system. Some drugs stay in you and can be detected much, much, longer than others. Marijuana, because it is a fat soluble drug, can be detected as much as a month ago. Most other drugs wash out in a few days.

Drop your pot smoking friends and don't do drugs. If you were prescribed adderall then there shouldn't be a problem. Are you worried about getting a job?
