What do people who deal with dead bodies use under there nose to mask smell? can you buy this product?

I work with elderly and need a product to help me get through some of the odors but I cant spray anything around them, i know people who work in morgs or do autopsys(spelled wrong) use something to help with smell that is rubbed under the nose.What do people who deal with dead bodies use under there nose to mask smell? can you buy this product?

Vick's Vapo-Rub is strong, will stay put and do the trick. Funnier if you wipe it under someone else's nose (just kidding). :D
