I Need Creative Ideas to Design a Mask?

ok so for english i have to design a mask that would represent me. there is also a contest and i kinda wanna WIN!!! so i need some unique and creative ideas. i have a white plastic mask that i got from Michael's. i can do anything to it so...yea.Thanks for the help!!!!!I Need Creative Ideas to Design a Mask?
It is hard to answer this question without knowing you or the premise of the project but there are many things you can do.





Tribal Masks from Yourba in Africa would have large swollen eyes and flared nostrils to represent ones inner power or mana overfilling inside of them and bulging out. These masks represented ones power.





The Northwest Indians had some really cool masks that would show their clan symbol, Raven, Bear, Fox. They would have hinges and a string and when the string was pulled the mask would open to revile another mask, that represented them.





The Mori, New Guinea, although not a mask they would carve their skin and create a form of a tatoo that represented them. They would have each side of their face represent their parents, one side for mother, one side for father, their birth status, their job, anything special they have achieved. These would be done over the life time and would continuously change.





Research symbols and designs that represent your ancestors, your present and what you wish in the future. It could represent your personality, your hobbies, your ideals, your religious beliefs. It is up to you.
